This issue will help those new pilot car drivers out there make a call in log sheet so they will know what info to ask for before the run. This Call in Log Sheet will get you started and make it easy to fill in your invoice for the run and figure the cost for the customer calling. Directions: Highlight the text, then click Edit then Copy then paste in your word processor for editing and printing. You can also highlight the text then click print in you web browser.
